Competition terms and conditions
1. These terms and conditions apply to all competitions held on the American Car Magazine website unless stated otherwise.
2. Competitions are open to all readers of American Car Magazine and visitors to americancarmagazine.com unless otherwise stated. American Car Magazine employees, ex-employees and sub-contractors or contributors are not allowed to enter.
3. Entries must be received by the closing date stated for the competition. American Car Magazine cannot take responsibility for lost or delayed entries.
4. Only one entry per person (multiple entries will be disqualified).
5. A list of winners will be available on request.
6. There are no cash alternatives to competition prizes.
7. The judges’ decision is final.
8. No purchase of any kind is necessary to enter the competition.
9. Information regarding personal data provided in the entry form will be collected stored and processed in a database for the purpose of managing entry into the competition. Any personal data that you provide will be held and processed in accordance with the requirements of the 1998 Data Protection Act.
10. American Car Magazine/Shut Up and Drive Publishing reserves the right to amend competition Terms and Conditions and/or cancel any Competition at their sole discretion.
11. In the event of any dispute regarding the Rules, Competition Notice, conduct, results and all other matters relating to a Competition, the decision of American Car Magazine shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
12. Winners may be requested to take part in promotional activity and American Car Magazine & Usa Cop Cars reserve the right to use the names and general address of winners, their photographs and audio and/or visual recordings of them in any publicity.
13. Submission of entry will be taken as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. All entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions. English law governs this Competition and each party submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
